Conflict Management Training - The Difference That Makes Us Different.

Many of you reading this will most probably be considering obtaining the Conflict Management Trainers Award for either personal or professional reasons. As such you will be trawling through the various courses on offer and the training providers who offer them in the hope of finding the most suitable course for you.

As such you will be looking to get the best value for your money, which is understandable, but is best value for money really best value? There is a difference and that difference is worth knowing.

Best value for money is simply that. The best price (possibly cheapest) course that you can get to get you the qualification you want. This is important in terms of your own investment and the protection of not only yourself from liability, but also your employer. How much are you willing to pay for peace of mind? Is the cheapest price always the best protection?
