Candidates who register for conflict management trainers' programme and/or assessment to gain a SIA endorsed trainer qualification must have:

• a formal recognised training/training or learning/instruction qualification that includes facilitation skills for group management and learning
  
• knowledge and working experience of the security industry and/or hospitality sector as appropriate.
  

Simon Bell

Simon is one of our leading trainers. He has extensive experience of the security industry and has been responsible for the design and delivery of training, as well as the evaluation of training needs at all levels for a major Security Group.

Simon has a vast experience of military operations, having served for 14 years in the Royal Navy and Royal Marines. 

He has a wide and well-grounded knowledge in all areas of the law, both criminal and civil, relating to conflict management, including health and safety, risk assessment and human rights.
