Re: PMVA TRAINER TRAINING
You have been nominated to attend one of the Priory PMVA Trainer Courses, the aim of which is to qualify you as a Priory PMVA Trainer and we are looking forward to meeting you in person on the course.
You Will Be Taking A BTEC Level 3 Qualification
As part of the course you will be undertaking a BTEC qualification, which is the BTEC Level 3 Award in Physical Restraint Instruction, which is a great qualification to have.
An Online Resource Platform Has Been Set Up For You
To enable you to prepare for the course that you are attending we have set up an online resource platform and login details have just been sent to you to access today.
The online platform has all of the resources you need to successfully complete the above Award and if you watch the video at the top of this page it will explain how to access the online resources.
THE FOLLOWING IS VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ IT THOROUGHLY
Pre-Course Work – Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the pre-course work for the Award listed above is completed and submitted two weeks prior to attending the course.
Your Workbook Must Be in Two Weeks Before The Start of The Course
You are required to send in your workbook two weeks prior to the course starting to ensure that we have enough time to mark it, and if necessary, provide you with any feedback to make any corrections or amendments to your work.
Please note that if we do not receive your workbook two weeks before the start of the course you will not be permitted to attend the course.
Therefore, I strongly recommend that you start work on the necessary pre-course work as soon as you receive login details for the online resource platform, which have been sent to you already.
MALPRACTICE – PLEASE DO NOT COPY ANYONE ELSE’S WORK
Because this is an Awarding Organisation Qualification, regulated by Ofqual, the work you submit must be all your own work so please read the declaration at the front of the workbook and watch the video online about completing the workbook.
Any copying of another person’s work is regarded by the Awarding Organisation as ‘Malpractice’ which will result in your work and the person’s whose work has been copied being rejected.
This is a very important issue so please do ensure that all of the work that you submit is your own work.
Please Let Me Know That You Have Accessed The Online Resources
I would appreciate you emailing me back at: firstname.lastname@example.org just to confirm that you have received this email.
In the meanwhile, if I can be of any assistance to you please do not hesitate to get in touch.
